Purchasing

To make a purchase from our web site, all you need to do is browse our shop and then add the goods you require to the shopping cart. You can then purchase the items, via SagePay using your credit card or bank card.

Order processing time

Once you have purchased your items, Your goods will be dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days excluding weekends and bank holidays) of cleared payment. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery from date of cleared payment. Any delays will be notified of by email and / or telephone.

The below effects orders placed for realistic imitation firearms only (guns that look real by way of shape and colour) this is clearly marked on the adverts of the products they represent. this does not affect 2 tone airsoft guns, parts and accessories.

If you place a order for a realistic imitation firearm (RIF) without the necessary defence as

specified in the VCRA, you order will be refunded and a 5% administration charge will be

levied from any refund given. If you have any questions regarding eligibility for purchasing a RIF, please contact us for clarification before placing your order.

Shipping

We post items using Parcelforce and Royal Mail for UK mainland Orders, and Royal Mail and Fastway Couriers for Northern Ireland and ROI deliveries. If you have any queries regarding to postage cost please contact us.

Returns

We supply a 7 day money back guarantee on unused, sealed and new resalable with all manuals and accessories from the date you receive your goods. Return postage for unwanted items is at your expense.

If any item(s) arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify Toy Soldiers Airsoft within 48 hours of receipt via email. Once we have accepted the item(s) for return, postage is at our own expense.

We cannot refund any item(s) that are returned to us in used condition, broken without original box, manuals and or accessories.

Once you have opened, inspected and used the item, you have accepted the item as fit for purpose as advertised under the distance selling regulations, our normal warranty then applies.

The item(s) must be securely wrapped in bubble wrap, cardboard box or packaging paper and

securely taped, tape around the item(s) display packaging is NOT acceptable as item(s) can get

damaged or lost.

If any item(s) returned to us is not correctly packaged for refund we have the right to refuse any

refund or issue a partial refund for any damage to packaging and or missing items.

Until we accept receipt of any goods returned it is your responsibility "duty of care" for any goods purchased.

Warranty

All items we supply come with the following warranty.

AEG guns 3 month.
Gas guns 1 month.
Budget electric guns 1 month.
Accessories 1 month.

Batteries, chargers and any accessory supplied in the box as standard are classed as a free item and excluded from normal warranty.

Warranties are void if any item(s) has been modified, painted, tampered with and/or occured accidental or deliberate damage Warranties are void if poor quality ammo is used, or or re-used or in our opinion has been used, please check with us before using if you are unsure of a particular brand of ammo.

Warranties are not transferable.

Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser

Refunds will not be made if an item(s) is not complete, with its original packaging, or in re-saleable condition whether the items is used or not.

Please email us if you are not sure of the correct care and maintenance of your purchase.

In the event a warranty claim is made we will collect, repair and return the item(s) free of charge within the first 30 days.

After 30 days we only cover parts and labour not the cost of postage to return the item(s).

In the event of a warranty claim, please notify us in writing by email and enclose the original invoice with the returned item, warranty and refund claims cannot be processed without your included invoice.

Wear and tear items are not covered under warranty for example, hop rubbers, pistons, motors, trigger switches and gearbox internals if excess use / abuse has occurred.

In the event of an item(s) returned to us is not faulty for example; battery not charged, incorrect ammo used etc, you will then need to make arrangements for the return of the item(s) to yourself, in this case any collection and return postage we have paid for will be due for payment. If you do not make arrangements for your item(s) to be returned within 60 days from the date of notice, the goods then become the property of Toy Soldiers Airsoft.

We cannot refund an item(s) that is faulty that we have offered to repair if the item then becomes unwanted unless the item(s) is in as new re-saleable condition including all packaging.

If the above is requested and the item(s) is not in as new condition we will charge a re-stocking fee up to the difference of re-stocking the item(s) at its saleable second hand value. Postal charges incoming and outgoing are not refundable.

We do not warranty any item(s) sold on a no warranty basis, wholesale or clearance line unless otherwise specified, these items are clearly marked on the website.

Laws And Guidance

By law you must be over 18 to purchase a imitation firearm (Brightly coloured guns) By law you must be over 18 to purchase a realistic imitation firearm and a registered Airsoft skirmisher / re-enactor (Black / realistic looking guns) By Law – all guns sold and used in Northern Ireland are restricted to power of 328fps or lower – measured with a .20g BB. Please be aware that all guns are pre downgraded before shipping.

Limitation of Liability

Except as specifically stated on this site, neither Toy Soldiers Airsoft or any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site, information on this site, goods purchased from ourselves. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including

(without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Illegal Acts

It is a crime to use a false name, known invalid credit card or date of birth to order. Anyone caught will fully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

Changes in terms

Toy Soldiers Airsoft reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Toy Soldiers Airsoft web site. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
