N. B Minimum age to purchase a BB gun is 18 years.

UK Customers must be UKARA Registered in order to buy a RiF (realistic imitation firearm). Or 18+ to buy an IF (imitation firearm / 2 tone)

RoI Customers must be over 18 – proof of age must be supplied before item dispatched – this may delay your order slightly.

All Guns either realistic or Imitation will be delivered to the registered address only.

All replica guns sold by Toy Soldiers Airsoft are toys only, and cannot be converted to fire live ammunition

TSA accept no responsibility for any misuse of any products sold.

All guns sold comply with the legal power limit of 328fps using .20g pellets.

All Gun Sales are final

All Chinese guns are sold with a 30 day warranty. All guns will be tested before leaving the shop – 1 full mag on auto + 1 full mag on single shot.

Often Chinese guns have flaws in the external body work – this is a manufacturing fault.

If there are any problems with a gun, contact us (details below). Guns that have been opened, or deemed to have been tampered with internally, DIY Upgrading etc, after inspection by us will have their warranty voided and any repair work will be charged for. Use of inferior ammo which causes jamming will also be voided. High quality ammo is advised for all makes and models of guns.

Guns found to be in genuine fault will be repaired at TSA’s expense. Only postage charges will be refunded if needed. Telephone calls, petrol money, time expenses etc will not be refunded.

Shipping and Handling

We aim to dispatch your order within 24hours of receiving it. Deliveries can take place anytime up until 6pm. TSA will not be held accountable for delayed parcels which are out of our control, such as holidays, ‘Acts of God’, postal strikes etc. Any shortfalls in your order should be notified to TSA without delay either by phone or email: info(at)tsairsoft.com / +44(0)2890487692

All parcels bound for NI + RoI are sent by 24hour Courier to ensure you get your items as quickly as possible.

UK parcels are forwarded by 48hour delivery. If you require an item quicker please contact us for a quote.

Returns policy

If an item has to be returned – please contact us within 7 days. You will have a further 14 days to return the item. Items being returned must include original receipt + a note of the problem.

Items being returned due to fault of TSA will have the return postage refunded to the customer

In the case of repairs,please allow up to 14 days for repairs to be carried out. Please note returns of undamaged items need to be sent in re-saleable condition.

Returns cannot be accepted if the product has been misused, and not in its orginal condition

Change of Heart: If you decide you no longer want an item from us due to change of heart – the item must be returned at the buyers expense, in an unused re-saleable condition with tags attached (if clothing) or boxed with all original accessories and manuals. There will be a 15% restocking fee – no exceptions.

Please ensure items being returned are suitably packaged and covered by postal insurance. Toy Soldiers Airsoft is not accountable for items lost in transit to us, and any claim will have to be taken up with the postal provider.

Testing

We will test every single return, if a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage charges. We would advise you to check the item and the instructions thoroughly before returning a faulty item as we will not refund postage on any items found to be in good working order. We can also not refund or replace any bb guns that have been misused, or if low quality bb pellets have been used, or if bb pellets have been re-used.
